StallMaids, LLC has a Horse Hotel located in Snoqualmie, WA. If you'd prefer to have someone watching your horse a bit closer then we'd be happy to accommodate you. You can also keep a watchful eye on your beloved hooved friend via our wireless web cam.

Payments
Payment for all of our services, including Horse care, Pet care and our Horse Hotel, is required at the time of reservation. Your reservation will be tentative until full payment is received. Our initial personalized consultation is free and is at no obligation.

Refund Policy
Our refund policy is as follows:

8+ Days Notice  -  Full Refund
2-7 Days Notice -  80% Refund (20% Service Charge will be withheld)
<2 Days Notice  -  No Refund
Holidays  -  No Refund 

There are no refunds if you arrive home early, unless notice at least 48 hours notice is given.

What is the MyStall Account?
Your MyStall account is your personal profile that you create when you register with StallMaids for the first time. MyStall allows you to hire a StallMaids Professional automatically with a few simple clicks and convienently pay for all of your services online. Our StallBucks referral program is tracked in your MyStall account and can be redeemed at checkout from your MyStall account.
The main advantage of the MyStall account is the ability to check in on your loved ones while you're on a business trip or vacation. From your MyStall account, you can view your pet's daily report and photo that is uploaded every evening from your StallMaids Professional. This helps our clients stay in touch with what's going on at the home front!
